A brief on our Co-Founders
Nidhi is a mass-com graduate turned Terapeutic Counsellor. She has also produced and directed International documentaries, TV shows, Music Videos and Movies covering different human emotions.
She has worked as in house consultant for better work environment for medical professionals at SBS Hospital and Balajee Hospital.
Devesh is an MBA from IIT(Dhandab) and Commerce graduate from BHU. With over 22 years of experience he has knack of understanding "WHAT NOT TO DO" at work place and home for peace of mind.
He has expericence at companies like ICICI, HDFC, Reliance Capital, and Indusind in different roles majorly in Strategy, Product and New Initiatives.
Ashutosh is a go-getter. An Agriculture and Management graduate, he has always been connected to his roots. He is Co-Founder at Agribid India, an award winning Agritech Startup.
He is an MBA from BHU with over 20 years of experience in companies like CDSL, ICICI and Reliance group.
Arvind has over 30 years of experience in Business and Technology. He worked as CTO at Reliance Capital and at key management levels in corporates like Monsanto, Ogilvy, Kvaerner, Sandoz and Accenture.
He is an MCA and has done Executive certification from IIM, Ahmedabad.
He is a Ph.D in Stress Management, M.Sc in Psychology and an MBA in HR. Former Professor and HOD of Management at IIT(ISM), Dhanbad is a Psychology Coach and our Chief Mentor.
He is a BE in Computer Science with over 22 Years of experience in IT industry both as employee at Siemens & ATOS and currently as employer at Alphaspec and our Tech Mentor.
A PG from BHU, he superannuated from IIT(ISM), Dhanbad in different administrative roles covering Examination reforms and Digitisation and student affairs.
He is a CA , Executive MBA (IIM Ahmedabad), CFA, CS, and ICWA with 25+ years of experience. A Member of the Board of Directors at Tata Power Solar . Nelco Ltd.
She is a M. Phil from Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi. Currently working at True Mind as head of the department for counselling and training program.
He is a Ph.D in Psychology and MBA in Hospital Management, he is working as Professor & Clinical Psychologist at Adesh Institute of Medical Sciences, Punjab.
She is a NLP practiotioner and our Senior Consultant. She is a PG in Clinical Psychology and is associated with academic institutions as Counselor.
She is a Certified NLP, Soft Skill & Mindfulness Practitioner. She is Ph.D in Management from IIT Dhanbad with over 15 years of corporate experience.
